CREDIT CARD ORDERS: TO INSURE THE SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD HOLDER AND PREVENT FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD, MERCHANDISE WILL ONLY BE SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND ARE SUBJECT TO ADDRESS VERIFICATION. CREDIT CARD CHARGES ARE BILLED WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

FOREIGN SHIPPMENT: WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOX OR FOREIGN COUNTRY.

NON-DOMAINSTIC STATES: TRAILER PARTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII WILL BE SEND VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL.

RETURNED GOODS: MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ONLY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED IN ERROR OR WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. ALL RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. ARMOR REX INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR HANDLING AND RESTOCKING FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF 30% OF INVOICE VALUE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES OR MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BASED ON THE TIME AND CONDITION OF RETURN. CLAIMS: CLAMS FOR DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

LEAD TIME: STOCK ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER.

BACK ORDER: ARMOR REX INC. DOES NOT BACK ORDER UNLESS ARRANGEMENT HAD BEEN MADE AT TIME OF INITIAL ORDERS.
